Coach Kara

Kara began her cheerleading journey at Derby Diamonds in 2007, after attending dance lessons at Caroline Green Dance and Theatre Arts since 2001. While at university studying for a BA Business degree, Kara also joined the cheerleading team Trent Tigers.

Kara has been a cheerleading coach at Derby Diamonds since 2014, with qualifications in cheerleading, tumbling and dance.

In the past Kara has competed in cheer levels 1-4, performed in our pom and jazz teams, as well as danced in Sadler Wells Theatre, London and Disneyland, Paris. She has years of experience coaching and a wealth of knowledge she can pass onto our cheerleaders.
